Most days, when we wake up and start a day, our thoughts are focused inward. We may have some inner dialogue with ourselves like, what is happening at work today, what do the children need for school, do I need to weed the garden, what do I need to add to the shopping list, and every other mundane thought that can arise in our minds regarding the start of a day.
